My neighborhood Starbucks and it's wonderful! Small and not of a place for big groups, it's fine for the metra commuters whose stop is not that far east from here. I'm the type to drop in and go, so for me it's no problem. I order, wait a few seconds and then I'm out the door!

This is "my" Starbucks. They always do a good job and almost always get my order exactly correct :). The staff is overall very friendly. The location of this Starbucks is kind of difficult to get in and out of, but it's the closest one to my house, so I've learns to deal with it!

I love this place. There is always a time when I can come in here and the staff is so nice and always hooks it up with a coffee. I really appreciate that and it makes me come back more and more. I wish the location was a little bit bigger though, it would make it such a cozy hang out spot!

This Starbuck's is efficient enough. My biggest gripe is that the drinks are highly variable depending on the barista. For example, my go-to iced Americano comes with a range of 5ish half cubes of ice to the cup half full of ice, depending on who's making it. I don't like it when my first sip is lukewarm liquid, and I prefer the cup to be half full of ice cubes. On my last visit, I specifically told the barista to fill the cup half full of ice. I thought for sure he didn't hear me or misunderstood even though I repeated it bc when my drink was made up, it had 4 micro ice cubes in it. And lo and behold, "1/2 cup ice" was written on the cup too (by him!). What! I think someone was in dire need of a few shots of espresso before coming into work...

Starbucks products and drinks are much too expensive to have someone like a "barista" named Shelby throwing fits and splashing people with coffee and foam, because she is angry at her coworkers - because goodness, they dared call her from out back to make some drinks for the customers. Then, when she realized she was probably a little too rude, "oops" was all that came out of her mouth. That was my last trip to Dempster in Morton Grove Starbucks.

I live very near this Starbucks but hardly ever go to this Starbucks. And I can tell you I'll never Go back this Starbucks has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It started from the moment my friend & I walked in it was like we were inconveniencing the cashier grumpy face terrible people skills while communicating,questioned my drink order 3 times!!!!! Rule #1 customer is always right!!!! But that wasn't the worst part ... Not sure what was worse the trash over flowing the minute I walked in sticky tables & counter showcase glass terrible or the disgusting floor. As I stood waiting for my drink that was so hard to make I began to look behind the counter it was so BAD looked like it wasnt cleaned in days cooler doors looked terrible, the pick up counter was GROSS....floor was absolutely the worst.this is a sign of a Terrible manager......... WOW hope someone from corporate reads this... If I'm paying 6$ for a drink it sure won't be at this GROSS STARBUCKS.clean Up Your Act

I don't usually review Starbucks locations because they seem to be typically the same, but I frequent this one quite often because of its proximity to work. So I am here at least 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes even more than once a day, depending on the day I am having. This is one of the smaller locations I've been to, but they remodeled not too long ago and it vastly improved. I loved the fact that they did not close during remodeling, but had a "food truck" type of thing instead, so us java addicts still had our dose of coffee. I love the people working here and I always get in and out real quick, even in the mornings when it gets packed. As I am a huge coffee fanatic, I absolutely love their Starbucks reward card and use it all the time. Besides free drinks or food on your birthday, their are so many other rewards throughout the year. I am officially a gold card member, so I get a free drink every 12 drinks I purchase. The app on the smart phone allows you to transfer any gift cards to the remaining balance, so it's super nice not to have a million of cards to use. Ooo and they just came out with an updated version of "blonde roast" - Vanilla blonde roast. Super delicious, cheaper than lattes, and def does its trick of "picking me up".

Stopped by here on my way back home since I needed some caffeine... it's a lot smaller then normal sized stores... Typically, almost all the starbucks I've been too, I always had a nice experience with the staff, however this place was different. I walked in and was not greeted with welcome to startbucks, but rather by rude cashier who just didn't want to be there... no greeting, nothing... with no smile or positive attitude, the cashier just asked me what I wanted to drink never looked up... I have never experienced this kind of service... I just hope she (cashier) was just having one bad day and hopefully she is back to normal by now.... this location is off my list moving forward.
